OTEYZA offers you the possibility of returning your purchase within 15 business days after the product is delivered.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all carriage and costs incurred when returning goods.

To carry out a return or exchange, it will be necessary for you to send us the product / products that you wish to exchange or return, indicating our physical store in Madrid as the delivery address:

All goods are to be returned in perfect conditions as well as in its original packaging, in order to proceed with the refund.

Once the merchandise arrives at the physical store at the address indicated above, and having verified that the items are in their original condition, we will proceed to refund the value of the returned items, in accordance with the payment method chosen when making the purchase.

Personalized items cannot be returned or replaced.
